Board of Advisors
Ms. Sagar served for eighteen years as Chief Investment Officer of Kingdon Capital Management, overseeing investment strategy and portfolio construction across a global hedge fund platform. She brings extensive experience in multi-asset allocation, risk management, and institutional portfolio oversight.
Mr. Caplin has been involved in the development and production of film and media projects over five decades and serves as a trustee of the William Faulkner Literary Estate. His experience spans the intersection of storytelling, intellectual property, and long-form media development.
Ms. Newman has held senior leadership roles within major international insurance organizations, with a focus on underwriting, risk assessment, and complex asset coverage. Her experience provides critical perspective on valuation, risk management, and asset protection.
Mr. Fawell spent over two decades at UBS, where he led equity issuance and capital markets activities across North America, advising on IPOs, secondary offerings, and complex equity-linked structures. He has managed and executed hundreds of transactions and brings extensive experience in capital formation and market structure.

Mr. Fawell oversees REH's stewardship activities, institutional relationships, strategic execution and long-term direction. He brings nearly five decades of legal and executive experience to matters involving real estate, fine art, private investment structures, and the stewardship of complex family-office assets.
Mr. Garcia leads the Office's revenue strategy and external growth initiatives, with a focus on structuring opportunities across the collection, real estate, and related ventures. His work centers on developing aligned partnerships, evaluating monetization pathways, and ensuring that growth is approached with discipline and long-term continuity in mind.
Mr. Underwood oversees the Office's day-to-day operations, including internal systems, process development, and cross-functional coordination. He is responsible for ensuring that stewardship, documentation, and development activities are executed with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail across all areas of the platform.
Mr. Peraertz is responsible for the oversight and coordination of art-related activities, including collection management, authentication processes, and provenance development. His role supports the careful handling, documentation, and long-term preservation of the works under the Office's stewardship.
